This video was deny to play at the 12/14/21 City Council Meeting with no justify reason.

Why City Manager, Mr. Cooke should not receive a salary Raise.

The city ask me to remove Michelle Gutt, the Director of Communications & Public Engagement, from the video, The City claim it was because of  "Legal Reasons" they did not ask me to Remove the Director of Code Compliance, Brandon Bennett from the video? Watch the video, Do you think the City Manager should receive a Raise? The Mayor and Council Members did.
Feb 1 The Video that the Mayor and City Council would not play at the public comment.
The real problem is the city had 2 days to notified and did not until 60 minutes before the council meeting.

The Best Way to Inform Is with Videos

Redistricting 1,2,3
Redistricting 101. Would not answer any questions about the $250,000 cost to tax payer or how many citizens voted to add two more council members
Original song (RUN FOREVER) Do you know about the 2022 Bond?

Redistricting 4

Fort Worth Star-Telegram

Picture
2015 Star-Telegram interviewed all candidates and publicized their interviews with fair reporting.

2019 Star-Telegram interviewed all the candidates and they decided which candidate we should choose.

Which happens to be:

The candidate that voted to renew the City of Ft. Worth's $300,000 contract with the Star-Telegram.

The candidate that voted for that renewal? Gyna Bivens.
No wonder the city denied this picture as part of a citizen presentation 10/15/19 and 10/22/19.

Star Telegram Mailed Over 40,000 Copies to register voters in District 5.  Is this appropriate?
Yet citizens are denied their 1st Amendment rights, under our Constitution, by the City Council and Mayor Price.

Where is the transparency? Zoning signs don't list what is being built? Citizens don't even know what is being built in their own neighborhood.

Candidates should not be endorsed by any newspaper. This is a dangerous practice and one used in countries that don't have a Bill of Rights to protect citizens' freedoms.

And notice the Star-Telegram picture is a picture of Ms. Bivens and a bunch of developers breaking ground. They say a picture tells a thousand and this one sure does.

"Panther Island was never a flood control project so it's absolutely no surprise that federal funding has once again been denied," Putnam said. "It's time to properly investigate the origins of this project, what happened to the approximately $400M of taxpayer money that has already been spent." - 5NBCDFW

Hi, my name is Bob Willoughby.
2023 Candidate for City Council District 5
I have been fortunate to live the life I have lived, and to be a native of Fort Worth. Before 2013, I was just like the 96% of our citizens that do not vote in our local elections. Then I witnessed the immoral behavior of our city’s Code Compliance department. Not willing to simply turn a blind eye, I have been on a path of discovery ever since. The unfortunate conclusion from that journey is that Fort Worth is a cesspool of corruption.

There are, of course, countless things we can do to benefit the city, but first we must restore ethics and morals in our local council. Without that initial change any other action will be irrelevant.

I have taken it on as a personal mission to begin the course correction that is required within City Council. I hope you’ll join me as I strive to make this change a reality!

Please feel free to reach out to me by phone (817.446.7056) or by email (b.willoughby@live.com). I welcome the opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities we face together as a community.© COPYRIGHT 2021. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
