My name is Bob Willoughby and I am running for election to represent the 5th District of Fort Worth on the City Council I believe a council member should be transparent and honor the Ethical Standards of Conduct which state that:
Public service is a public trust. It is declared to be the policy of the city that the proper operation of Democratic government requires that public officials and employees be independent impartial and responsible only to the people of the City (Ord. No. 10617, adopted June 26, 1990).
Fort Worth's 5th District has a population of approximately 90,000 people and less than 3% of the population voted which leaves 97% reliant on judgment of 3%. My goal is to reach 2,000 votes. I am not asking for donations I am asking for your vote.
